Terms & Conditions

1. General provisions

Vehicles can be rented by drivers from 23 to 70 years of age.

2. Documents required for issuing:

The client must have an active driver's license for a minimum of 3 years.

A valid ID card or passport.

3. Minimum rental

24 hours, or one day. The first 59 minutes are free of charge, after the expiration of the 60th minute the client will be charged for the rental of the vehicle for the next day.

4. Traffic fines

All parking, utility, traffic and misdemeanor fines due during the rental period fall on the user's burden, if there are additional administrative costs, 1.180 DIN + VAT is charged to the user of the rental.

5. Payment method and deposit

Payment can be made by credit card, through the company's account or cash.

The deposit is mandatory and is left before authorization of the card, through the company's account or cash.

6. Damage

In the event of damage or loss of the vehicle that the client rented or part thereof, as well as in the event of fire, glass breakage, loss of keys, the rental user or any other authorized person specified in the contract shall be liable.

The rented vehicle is insured against damage to a third party in accordance with the law of the Republic of Serbia.

Insurance

Basic casco insurance.

The rental price includes basic casco insurance with a 15% share in damage from the entire estimated amount of damage. In order for the insurance to be valid, a police report is required, otherwise the client is obliged to pay the entire amount of damage.

Theft Insurance (T.P.

Theft of the vehicle without participation is possible with a fee.

Taxes

The rental user pays for the fuel.
Child seats, GPS, snow chains, WiFi, are available at an additional cost.
Take over/deliver the vehicle.
Outside the territory of Belgrade, delivery of vehicles is charged additionally 48 Din per km.
Renting vehicles outside working hours and holidays in branch offices is not charged.

Procedures in case of accident, damage or theft of the vehicle

The client is obliged to do the following:
Immediately inform the police and LumyGO rent-a-car about the event and act on their instructions.
To record information about other participants in the accident.
To complete an accident/damage report when returning the vehicle.
To fill out/write a short statement of the accident and describe the causes and circumstances
In the event of an accident with the LumyGO vehicle, the rent-a-car deposit will be retained until the police report is submitted and the damage assessment of the vehicle is completed.

Restrictions on driving a vehicle

It is forbidden to operate a LumyGO rent-a-car under the influence of alcohol, drugs and drugs. In these cases, the insurance does not apply – the client is charged the full amount of damage / theft evaluated by the authorized person.

The rented vehicle can only be operated by a person who is registered as a driver or an additional driver in the rental agreement .

It is forbidden to give the rented vehicle for use to unauthorized persons, i.e. persons who are not registered in the lease agreement. In these cases, if damage to the vehicle occurs, the insurance does not apply to the client who is listed as the driver on the contract, the full amount of damage or theft is charged.
