The term "long-term lease" represents a contractual relationship between the lessee/user of the vehicle and the lessor/legal owner and/or lessee for a period of at least 3 months in which the lessor gives the lessee the vehicle to use, and the lessee undertakes to pay a certain monthly fee/rent for it in accordance with a predefined repayment plan.
The lease agreement does not provide for the purchase of vehicles in advance at the end of the expiration of the contract. The basis of the contractual relationship is the use of the subject of the lease, and not the ownership of the subject of the lease. The lease gives the possibility to the lessee to return the vehicle to the lessor after the expiry of the contract and / or renew the contract for the selected vehicle.
The term "rent": A predefined amount of the monthly fee paid by the lessee in the name of the fee for the use of the vehicle for the duration of the lease agreement.
