After booking the vehicle through the site, a confirmation of the reservation will be sent to your e-mail address.
If this does not happen, check if you have entered the correct information, or contact our contact center to check if your reservation has been received.
If for any reason you have to cancel your vehicle reservation, you can do so up to 48 hours before the agreed pick-up date, at no extra charge.
If you need additional equipment such as a child car seat, snow chains, GPS navigation and the like, the equipment will be delivered to you at your request during the booking process.
